Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to remain fair for both our guests and our property.

•  Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: Guests will receive a full refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: No refund will be issued.
• In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation remains due.

Date changes may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us as early as possible.
